• Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies
  The Chamber will conduct a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony using ceremonial scissors and ribbon, invite the mayor, and take photos of your special event. To further market your business, the Chamber will post a photo and brief summary on our website, in our Newsletter, on our social media sites, and submit to the Gates County Index.

• Business Resources, Seminars & Trainings
  The Chamber offers programs such as marketing seminars. We also partner with the College of the Albemarle to offer seminars and classes for members.

• Membership Directory
  Chamber Members are listed in our online directory and printed in the Chamber Membership Directory

  The Chamber provides members with promotion of programs & services through their website, email blast, social media outreach, and press releases. The Chamber proudly promotes all members at Chamber events and community events in Gates County.

  Each month the Chamber Board of Directors determines an outstanding business in the community to highlight as the business of the month. Each business selected will receive a sign to proudly display, a picture and press release submitted to local newspapers, exposure in various county buildings, and an opportunity to introduce themselves in the Business of the Month spotlight of the Chamber eNewsletter.

  The Chamber acts as a business advocate for our members, bringing the voice of local business to elected officials in the halls of government. As a member of the NC Chamber of Commerce, we are advised of current governmental affairs and invited to participate in ongoing State meetings and decisions affecting the Gates County area. Member input is extremely valuable in bringing our local voice to the attention of the State of North Carolina.
